Services
BIZSHOP provides online marketing services for marketplace sellers (including Amazon PPC management, listing optimisation, store setup support, Walmart and Etsy marketing, account-health support, and AEO). Specific work for each client is agreed in a written plan before work starts.
No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on your products, prices, reviews, competition, and marketplace rules, which change. BIZSHOP does not guarantee sales, rankings, advertising returns, account reinstatement, or AI citations/recommendations, and nothing on this site is a promise of results.
Pricing and payment
Plans are monthly management fees in USD only: Starter $1,000/month (5 products), Growth $2,000/month (10 products), Scale $2,500/month (15 products), beyond 15 by custom quote. Advertising spend and marketplace fees are separate and are paid by you directly to the marketplaces. Prices may change for future periods; changes will be communicated in writing before they apply to you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your marketplace accounts, products, pricing, fulfilment, and compliance with each marketplace's policies. Access you grant us is through official user-permission tools only, and you may revoke it at any time. Never share your marketplace password with us.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BIZSHOP's liability for services is limited to the fees you paid for the period in which the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
